DHF opened their door in Tuggeranong in August 2008. Discount Health and Fitness Tuggeranong provides the latest in sports supplements with a wide range at discount prices. We have everything you need from the latest in protein supplements to thermogenics and a wide variety of creatines and pre and post training supplements.

Discount Health and Fitness Tuggeranong is owner operated by a qualified personal trainer and nutritionist. You are guaranteed of top quality service, a wealth of knowledge, advice in both diet and nutrition as well as any exercise tips.

Ideally located in the new Club Lime and Club Pink building in Tuggeranong on Bartlett st (next to the Tuggeranong Pool), the store is easily accesible.

We're open til 7.30pm on weekdays, so that means you can come in after work and see us. We even open on Saturdays from 10.00am-2.00pm. Our phone number is 62939356 so give us a call, we'll be happy to cater for your needs.
