DHF Wagga opened in May 2009 with one of the largest ranges of sports supplements in the Riverina. DHF is located in Flex It Gym and is staffed by sports people that know there supplements. We hand pick our products and only recommend the product that we have used ourselves and work. We picked these products for the person who is serious about getting optimum results and who wants to combine fitness with a healthy lifestyle.

DHF Wagga has a trained professional on staff that can profile you and your goals and then make recommendations for the products that will help you reach your personal goals. If you want to get the most out of using supplementation products you should be on an individualized program since products used for weight loss, for example, are far different from those a person who is training for some type of athletic event might use. Individual goals are unique and the products you use have distinct uses depending on the person and what they want to achieve.
